Hmm, do you have Photoshop or Paint or any other kind of art program such as SAI? I think if you go into Paint for example, oh! Have you extracted the files from the zip folder? That could be it, if you have done that, for Paint: Open paint, go to file then open and then click on the file of the shirt that you want to use, then put that on it. For Photoshop, I think you click import or something along those lines, then find the file of the shirt and open it, for SAI, its the same as Paint. Does that help?
